    Our standard service includes us conducting the interviews on your behalf to save you time. However, if you have specific questions you would like us to ask, we are happy to include them. If you prefer to sit in on interviews, we can discuss arrangements that suit your level of involvement.

    We ask the questions that matter. For example How will you market my specific property? Who will actually be on site for open homes and inspections? What is your negotiation style and how do you handle multiple offers? Can you provide genuine references from recent clients with similar properties? How do you communicate with your clients throughout the process? What is your average days on market for properties like mine? How do you handle feedback from open homes? What is your strategy if the property does not sell within the first few weeks? Our industry experience means we know exactly what to ask to separate genuine experts from good talkers.

    You will meet with the final shortlist of agents we present to you, but with a major difference. You will only be meeting agents who are already thoroughly vetted and qualified for your specific situation. Instead of interviewing five to ten agents yourself, you meet two to three highly qualified candidates with confidence that they have already passed our rigorous assessment.

    The timeline varies depending on your specific situation, location, and how quickly agents respond to our outreach. Typically, the process from initial consultation to receiving your shortlist takes between [insert typical timeline e.g., 5 to 10 business days]. During your free consultation, we will discuss your timeline and provide a clear estimate for your circumstances.

Step 2 Research and Vetting Our team researches agents in your area, analysing track records, marketing capability, and local market knowledge. We identify who genuinely meets our quality standards. Step 3 Agent Outreach We approach the agents who meet our criteria and invite them to participate. Those who choose to partner with us proceed to interview. Step 4 Agent Interviews We personally interview the agents, asking the tough questions on your behalf. Step 5 Curated Shortlist We present you with a small selection of highly vetted agents who match your needs, along with our recommendations. Step 6 Ongoing Support We remain available throughout your journey for questions and guidance.
